The Alabama Agritourism statute specifically covers liability from stinging insects for people in agritourism. The definition is broad enough to cover virtually every activity by beekeepers, in my opinion. HERE is a link to download my Powerpoint presentation on this important law. It includes specific requirements for signs you must post in order to protect yourself. It is similar to the “equine activity” signs we are probably all used to seeing at barns, horse shows, and horse auctions.
